This program provides graduates with the knowledge, skills, and risk management elements described in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airman Certification Standards for the “General” aviation maintenance subjects. Upon successful completion of this program, students will meet regulatory requirements to take the FAA General written exam, which is a requisite to advanced Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
